The product was as shown in the pictures. Was worried about scratches / cracks during shipment, however the packing was strong with wooden frames around the box- which made it really secure. Good thinking.

The delivery partner experience was Bad.. They were asking for too much details for verification. I understand it is required in few cases, but what else would be a best option than triggering a OTP to the registered mobile number for the order to confirm delivery. Simple and easy.

The Bill has my full name/ my complete address/my phone number and on top they also want my Aadhar number. Its very easy for defaulters.
